Paul Kimber
Immersed in the game from an early age and moving from greenkeeping through to designing, Paul has been constantly involved with the game on a personal and professional level for over 25 years. A Masters degree in Landscape Architecture gained in Edinburgh backed up the practical knowledge he had gained from working on the course, and his career in design started in 1998 with European Golf Design. In 2000 he joined David Kidd and DMK Golf Design where he stayed for 10 years.
Paul launched his own company ‘Kimber Golf’, on the success of his work at DMK Golf Design leading the work on ‘The Castle Course’ in St Andrews, Machrihanish Dunes in Kintyre and g West in Perthshire. Now with projects ongoing in China and the UK, Paul is spreading his passion for the game to wherever he travels.
